  1. I have several 'dummy' pages that all have child pages. I would like when clicking and expanding a new dummy page to reveal it's child pages, the previous child pages from the previous dummy page to collapse. I've been hunting around and it seems like it should be possible but I'm not sure where. Ideas? Thks.

  2. I am using this plugin at http://farokh.ca. Clicking on a menu does collapse the previous one. Please take a look and let us if this is what you are talking about.

  3. Yes that's what I'm talking about. However I prefer the jquery approach that collapsing pages has. I probably just need to dig into the js a little deeper... That is unless Rob has an immediate solution!

  4. Still waiting on a solution. Here is the site: http://terrancegrace.com
When clicking on a child page, the other parent pages with children that are open do in fact close - Good. But I would like the same to happen when clicking on a parent page - the previous open parent closes as well. thanks!

  5. I'm looking for the exact same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

  6. I just added this to the development version several days ago. In the widget settings, check "accordion style" (under advanced options).

Let me know if it works for you.

  7. Thank you very much for answering !

I have tested the development version, and as far as I can tell, it works as expected when clicking on the expand/collapse arrows.

It doesn't work right though (at least for me) when clicking on the parent page name. It expands or collapses all pages, and not only the one I click on.
I tried the plugin on a test wordpress install, so if nobody else has issues with this, it may be due to some conflict with my theme or stylesheet.

    Anyway, thanks again !

  8. Lagunas,

I don't seem to be having this issue. Are you sure you have the latest version? I have made several updates recently.

  9. I tried it again, on a different wp install, with a different theme... and it worked perfectly well !
Maybe there was some conflict the first time, either with my theme or with other plugins. Or maybe I didn't have the latest version, as you say.

Thanks for answering, and thanks for this cool plugin !

  10. glad you are having more success. Sometimes different javascript libraries can conflict.
